The Breville Juice Fountain Plus JE95XL has an 850-watt motor, as with the juice fountaine elite model, this juicer can produce an 8 oz glass of apple juice in only 5 seconds.

It has an Italian made stainless-steel, micro-mesh filter, which separates the juice from the fiber and seeds of the fruit and vegetables so that maximum juice is extracted. To cut out all preparation time required for juicing, the unit's unique, extra-wide, centrifugal feed chute allows for whole fruits and vegetables to be added without the need for chopping them into pieces first.

Ten times faster and 30% more efficient than traditional juicers, the Juice Fountain Plus features a patented stabilizing knife as well as a feed-tube that ensures pulp is propelled evenly against all sides of the juice filter.

Cutter and Filter

The Italian-made, stainless steel cutter’s diagonal knife blades first grind the fruit into pulp. Then, 115 surrounding conical knives grate the pulp into minute particles and propel them against the micromesh filter’s 40,000 strainer pores. Smaller particles, combined with superior filtration, maximizes yield.

Capacity

The circular 3” feed-tube allows for the easy and efficient processing of whole fruits and vegetables, without pre-cutting, slicing or peeling. It is uniquely positioned over the center of the cutting disc for better balance and more consistent results.

Cleaning

The Juice Fountain Plus has only four parts that require cleaning. Each of them has been engineered with a smooth, rounded shape eliminating food traps. They rinse quickly in the sink using the included custom cleaning brush, and are top-shelf dishwasher safe.

Motor

The 850 watt motor features a built-in smart chip that increases power to the cutting disc under heavy load. At high speed, it spins at 13,000 RPM, pushing the fruit’s pulp against the filter with intense pressure. As a result, the filter extracts more juice and can make an 8 oz. glass of apple juice in just 5 seconds.

Speed

There are two settings: 6,500 RPM for juicing leafy vegetables and softer fruits such as watermelons or strawberries, and 13,000 RPM for denser fruits and vegetables like apples and carrots which require more speed.
